Missouri REALTORS® is excited to announce the return of in-person Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) courses with brand new curriculum! There are no prerequisites for GRI Module V. Students can take any of the GRI courses and modules in any order. Earn CE credits and level up your skills!

GRI 501: New Construction

When: Sunday, September 21
Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Where: St. Charles REALTORS® - 110 Point W Blvd, St. Charles, MO 63301 (Transportation will NOT be provided.)
Instructor: Brandon Glascock
Description: New construction offers unique challenges and opportunities when working with buyers, investors, and builders. REALTORS® who develop expertise in new construction are better able to serve their clients and help them navigate new construction transactions. This course gives REALTORS® a competitive advantage by developing thorough knowledge of new construction transactions.
Missouri CE: 3 Elective Hours


GRI 502: Investors & Investment Properties

When: Monday, September 22
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Description: This course is designed to equip real estate professionals with the knowledge and skills required to work with investors and investment properties effectively. Investors play a significant role in the real estate market, and understanding their needs, strategies, and preferences is crucial for real estate agents looking to expand their client base and succeed in this niche. In this course, you will delve into the fundamentals of identifying, analyzing, and locating investment properties, as well as building lasting relationships with investors.

GRI 503: Real Estate in a Digital World

When: Monday, September 22

Description: The real estate industry is ripe with competition amongst real estate professionals, which is why it is critical to stand out amongst our peers. One way to demonstrate your value to customers is by staying ahead of the competition in the area of technology. This course, Practicing Real Estate in a Digital World, will help you create a stand-out strategy to implement technology in all aspects of your business. You will learn how to harness technology to generate leads, create value-adding video, wow clients with incredible presentations, and create a consistent digital brand and manage the online reputation of your real estate business.

  • GRI Designee Price: $50/course (Members who already have their GRI Designation.)
    • BUNDLE AND SAVE! $150 registers for the entire GRI Module V
  • NON-GRI Designee Price: $100/course
    • BUNDLE AND SAVE! $200 registers for the entire GRI Module V
  • If you register for the GRI Module V Package or register for both GRI 502 & GRI 503, you will receive a box lunch on Monday. 
  • All registration fees paid are considered final. Refunds will not be issued for these classes.

Brandon is a Broker at family-owned South County Realty in Ashland, MO. He has a foundation in finance (B.S., M.B.A.) and values his experience as a former real estate lender. As a dedicated industry leader, he has served on various committees for the Columbia Board of REALTORS®, including as MLS Chair and State Director. Professional designations include GRI, PSA, Green, ABR, Certified Probate Specialist, AHWD, C2EX, and CRS, underscoring his commitment to education and professional growth.

Shawna has over 30 years of experience in real estate - including title insurance, property management, sales, and brokerage administration. She now dedicates her expertise to helping agents enhance their skills and earn professional designations.

Forrest has been a REALTOR® since 2012 and is the team lead for a high-octane group of agents in Joplin. He is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, and his passion is helping agents become the best version of themselves to better serve their clients.
