GRI Courses

Missouri REALTORS^® is excited to announce the return of in-person Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) courses with brand new curriculum! There are no prerequisites for GRI Module V. Students can take any of the GRI courses and modules in any order. Earn CE credits and level up your skills!

GRI 301: Fundamentals of Technology

Description:Strong tech skills aren’t about the newest tools—they’re about using the right ones well. In this course, you’ll sharpen your understanding of the everyday technology that powers real estate and learn how to use it securely and efficiently.

GRI 302: Risky Business

When: Monday, September 21
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Description: Every real estate business carries risk—successful professionals know how to manage it. This course focuses on the fundamentals of risk management, guiding you through a practical framework to identify, mitigate, and learn from risk using real-world examples.

GRI 303: Collaboration & Cooperation

When: Monday, September 21
Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Where: St. Louis REALTORS^® - 12777 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63141 (Transportation will NOT be provided.)
Instructor: Brandon Glascock
Description: Success in real estate depends on how well you work with others. In this course, you’ll strengthen the core skills needed to collaborate with appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and more—while gaining a clearer understanding of the processes that keep transactions moving.
Missouri CE: 3 Elective Hours
Kansas CE: 4 Elective Hours

GRI Designee Price: $50/course (Members who already have their GRI Designation.)
- BUNDLE AND SAVE! $150 registers for the entire GRI Module III
NON-GRI Designee Price: $100/course
- BUNDLE AND SAVE! $200 registers for the entire GRI Module III
If you register for the GRI Module III
Package or register for both GRI 302 & GRI 303, you will receive a box lunch on Monday.
All registration fees paid are considered final. Refunds will not be issued for these classes.
