Yoga Sym-POSE-ium
This 45-minute Yoga Class with instructor Cierra Grein will be a mix of Hatha Yoga and a Vinyasa Flow. Throughout this class, Cierra will focus on toning, strength, and deep stretches. You will leave feeling great after a fantastic workout and a relaxing meditative stretch. Most importantly, this is a great way to get your mind and body awake for a great day of learning and networking with your colleagues!

Yoga Instructor and REALTOR®
Cierra Grein is a native to Lake of the Ozarks. She loves staying active in the community and being able to lead others in their Yoga practice. Cierra earned her Yoga Teacher training in 2015 in the Bahamas at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat. After spending 4 months there practicing Karma Yoga, she stayed for a 30-day intensive TTC Program. Before and after her Yoga journey, she has enjoyed helping people buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate. Cierra is also a current Broker Associate, and Co-Owner, of the Gibson & Grein Real Estate Network.
