Missouri Ag Law and Foreign Ownership of Land

Students will be introduced to various issues that may arise in all types of real estate transactions but specifically related to agricultural property, including statutory restrictions on foreign land ownership in Missouri, Missouri fence law, adverse possession, and easements.

Robert joined Missouri REALTORS® after spending time in private practice where he gained experience in multiple facets of the law, including: contract disputes, business transactions, civil litigation; family law, and criminal litigation. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Columbia College in Business Administration with emphases in Marketing and Management and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar.
