Opening General Session

Missouri REALTORS^® cares deeply about protecting the citizen initiative process to enact laws, having successfully promoted the 2010 prohibition of transfer taxes and the 2016 prohibition of sales tax on services. We have created the Missourians for Fair Governance (MFG) campaign committee to monitor and respond to any 2024 legislative efforts to weaken this important right of citizens and protect majority rule. MFG Grassroots Chairman Matt Becker and Missouri REALTORS^® President-Elect Derek Schriewer will discuss this priority effort.
