With over four decades in real estate, John brings a lifetime of experience to helping agents succeed. He earned his license in 1978 at age 18, became a broker in 1981, and has owned and managed multiple offices across Southeast Missouri. Today, John owns a virtual real estate firm and leads Global Real Estate School, offering online pre-license and continuing education courses across multiple states. As a Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) and 2015 graduate of REALTOR® University’s Master of Real Estate program, John has had the honor of speaking to thousands of professionals in over 25 countries. He has authored eight books - including the best-selling 5-Minute Series for Real Estate Agents - and co-authored 21 Mistakes Real Estate Brokers Make and How to Avoid Them. John has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including serving as 2022 Missouri REALTORS® President and 2010 President of the CRB Council.
