The following Missouri REALTORS® group rate has been negotiated on your behalf with both hotels:
- Group Rate Rooms: $169.00/night plus tax (currently 17.99%)
- The group rate is valid for up to 2 people in a room.
- Rate is valid for 3 days pre and post-conference dates, subject to availability.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM / Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- PARKING: Complimentary outdoor self-parking (Note: EV charging stations are not available at these hotels.)
- Complimentary airport shuttle to St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is available (8 mi. from hotel)
- Westport Chalet: Pets allowed with signed waiver and a $75.00/ stay non-refundable fee.
- Westport Plaza: No pets allowed.

- Payment: To secure your reservation, a credit card is required as a guarantee. No deposit will be charged at the time of booking, and full payment will be collected upon check-out.
- Cut-off date: Hotel reservations must be made by Friday, August 29, 2025, or before the room block is filled-whichever occurs first. We encourage you to book early to ensure availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival without penalty.
