Winter Sunrise Yoga

Wake up and join us for a 45-minute yoga flow incorporating breathwork and vinyasa. You will be led through movements that help bring awareness, balance and relaxation into the body, with a full range of postures that include standing, balance, twists, backbends, folds, and hip openers. This is an all-level flow, with variations given to modify and/or intensify if you choose.

Drew Roeder-Bouge is the co-founder of Roeder-Bouge Home Team with Platinum Realty, in Kansas City. His passion for working with people, with over 20 years of teaching experience, is something that he also incorporates into his real estate business. The ability to listen and hear his clients, as well as communicate openly and honestly, has helped him continue to build success both on and off the mat. Drew’s goal is to help cultivate the desire to live a healthy lifestyle with everyone he works with. His mission is to create a fun and exhilarating experience for all of his yoga students that challenges them not only mentally, but physically on their mat; and relating it back to those same challenges that we all face in our daily lives off the mat. In his free time he enjoys hiking in Colorado with his husband and their two dogs.
