The loss of a loved one is difficult enough, but when a home is stuck in the probate process and conflicts arise among family members, the REALTOR® can be stuck in a difficult situation trying to help the family through the sale of the home. Come learn a few probate basics and tips to maintain neutrality in difficult situations. During lunch, we will cover information to help all REALTORS® be more successful when speaking with clients and guiding them through the process of listing or buying a home.
During the presentation, we'll also share information on the NEW Probate Specialist Certification Offering from The Residential Real Estate Council! The Probate Specialist Certification program is designed to help agents learn the probate basics so they can more effectively speak with clients and guide them through the process of listing their home or buying a home. It focuses on helping agents maintain neutrality by putting them through common contentious situations and exercises with a focus on helping them develop techniques to prevent potential disaster moments.
