Tracy Henke

Tracy Henke has carved an illustrious career marked by dedicated service, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to public service. Her journey began in the political arena, where she served as Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of U.S. Senator Kit Bond. Her keen understanding of policy intricacies and legislative processes quickly distinguished her, leading to her subsequent appointment as Deputy Associate Attorney General and Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice.
 
President George W. Bush recognized Tracy's talents and appointed her as Assistant Secretary for the newly established U.S. Department of Homeland Security, a critical role during a pivotal period in national security. Following her impactful tenure at DHS, Tracy transitioned into the private sector, joining the Ashcroft Group as a Principal Advisor. Her expertise continued to evolve as she took on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Americans for Prosperity, a prominent organization focused on advocating for economic freedom and prosperity.
 
Tracy's dedication to public service drew her back to government, where she became the Legislative Director for U.S. Senator Roy Blunt, playing a pivotal role in shaping legislative agendas and priorities. Her influence resonated throughout Blunt's Senate tenure, contributing to effective governance and policy outcomes.
 
Venturing into the cultural sphere, Tracy joined The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., as Vice President of Government Relations, showcasing her versatility in navigating both political and cultural landscapes. Eager to return to her roots in Missouri, Tracy assumed the role of President at the St. Louis Chamber of Commerce and concurrently served as Chief Policy Officer of Greater St. Louis, demonstrating her commitment to regional economic development and policy advocacy.
 
Currently, Tracy Henke holds the esteemed position of Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Executive Director at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center in St. Louis. In this role, she brings her wealth of experience to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and contribute to the advancement of the manufacturing sector.
 
Throughout her dynamic career, Tracy Henke's unwavering dedication to public service, coupled with her strategic leadership, has left an indelible mark on the realms of government, advocacy, and economic development.
