Lunch with a Land Expert
Hosted by the Missouri Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI)
Picture this… You’ve been approached to list a tract of land without a residence on it. A potential buyer has reached out to you to find a piece of woodland hunting property for sale. You’ve been contacted by the grandkids of a farm family to list the “family farm.” If you imagined yourself in any of the above scenarios and thought, “Now what do I do?”, join Tim Hadley, Accredited Land Consultant, and National RLI instructor, as he presents on issues specific to land transactions and brokerage for the aspiring (and already established) land professional.
