Robert Campbell

GRI 103: Contracts & Forms

Robert joined Missouri REALTORS® after spending time in private practice where he gained experience in multiple facets of the law, including: contract disputes, business transactions, civil litigation; family law, and criminal litigation. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Columbia College in Business Administration with emphases in Marketing and Management and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar.

Daryl Davis

Jennifer Janet earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in finance from Southeast Missouri State University and became a REALTOR® in 2002. She has owned and operated a brokerage since 2003 and, after 20 years with the Coldwell Banker franchise, rebranded to 573 Realty Group in 2024. She is also licensed in Illinois with Arrowhead Land Company and holds multiple designations, including Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Jennifer serves as an instructor for the REALTORS® Land Institute, educating professionals nationwide on land real estate.

Olivia Ross

Fueling Local Futures: State Programs & Projects Powering Development

Olivia Ross served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve, earning an honorable discharge in 2018 at the rank of Sergeant. Following her military service, she owned and operated a small coffee shop in southwest Missouri before transitioning into nonprofit work focused on healthcare and food access. She now serves as an Economic Development Specialist with the Missouri Department of Economic Development, where she helps small and mid-sized businesses across southwest and central Missouri connect with resources to support growth and long-term success.

He is a Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) certified by the Real Estate Educators Association and teaches real estate continuing education courses. Before joining in 2023, he spent three years training future teachers at the University of Missouri. He holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis and investigates public school board governance.

In this role, Tracey brings more than 20 years of experience in the REALTOR® association and MLS space. This includes past oversight of the St. Louis REALTORS® professional standards and risk management programs and her most recent role as Data Resolution and Compliance Manager for MARIS.
