Jennifer Janet earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance from Southeast Missouri State University. In 2002, while attending college, she became a REALTOR® and has been the owner and operator of a brokerage since 2003. In 2024, after 20 years with the Coldwell Banker franchise, she rebranded her company to 573 Realty Group. She is also licensed in IL with Arrowhead Land Company. Jennifer works full-time assisting clients with their real estate needs. Learning and helping others are two of her biggest passions. Over the course of her career, she has achieved many specialized designations, including the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Jennifer is an instructor for the REALTORS® Land Institute, educating fellow REALTORS® around the country about land. Active on numerous boards personally and professionally, she is able to serve others in many capacities. She is all in and strives to make things happen. Jennifer is driven to help others better their lives. As a wife and mother of two boys, sporting events and the outdoors are always calling her. Her and her family live on a farm in Perryville and have a small cow-calf operation. Jennifer loves to run, read, and enjoy time outdoors with family and friends.
