With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2020, she will serve as the chair for the National Association of REALTORS® Member Communications Committee.

Her dedication to the progression of the industry has been recognized by receiving the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014). Natalie is also a graduate of the 2015 Colorado REALTOR® Association Leadership Academy.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University. She also received the National Association of REALTORS® designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert.
