Jason is a 25+ year veteran of the Real Estate Industry. He helped launch Compass Realty Group in the Midwest in 2021 as the Managing Director for the States of Missouri and Kansas. According to Realtrends, Compass is the #1 Real Estate Company in Sales Volume in the US. In Missouri, Compass has a presence in Kansas City, and St. Louis and have joined the Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS® at the Lake of the Ozarks. The Missouri Offices finished the first full calendar year of 2022 with $1.6 Billion in Sales.  

Prior to joining Compass in 2021, Jason had a 23-year career with Coldwell Banker Gundaker REALTORS® in St. Louis where he served as the District Manager and ran one of the Top Offices in St. Louis. Jason has over 16+ years of experience as a Managing Broker. As the District Manager, he oversaw 5 other offices in the market. His 'real life' experience comes from selling hundreds of homes personally and directly managing in excess of 19,000+ home sales in the Greater St. Louis Metro Area.

Service to the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® includes over a decade of service to the Grievance Committee and serving on and chairing the Ethics & Professional Standards Committee.

In addition, Jason is a certified instructor and has presented instructional and CE courses on a wide range of topics.  

Jason's wife Sarah is a NICU Nurse Practitioner and they have 4 children.... and the children have a Dog and a Cat.
