  • Realtors learn about Radon in real estate transactions

Realtors are "thee" source for all things real estate. This includes environmental hazards that could be present in your home.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. Testing is easy. Remediation is inexpensive.
On May 10th, select Realtors made a priority to learn about Radon. Was your Realtor there?
  • Southeast Missouri REALTORS Attend Missouri REALTORS April Business Conference

  • REALTORS® contribute $4220 to Perry County Missouri Tornado Disaster Relief

Local Realtors® joined together to donate funds to Perry County Missouri tornado disaster relief efforts. $4220 was given to The Salvation Army of Southeast Missouri for the sole benefit of Perry County tornado victims. The Salvation Army will use the funds for a Multi-Agency Resource Center (M.E.R.C). The Resource Center offers an opportunity for people affected by the tornado to counsel with trained social workers in a needs evaluation, which helps M.E.R.C distribute resources. Items such as food vouchers, clothing, and shelter are distributed in an unbiased, thoughtful process.
The collection of funds is a combination of REALTOR® contributions, $1110 in matching funds from Southeast Missouri REALTORS®, and $2000 from MARIS, the REALTOR® owned MLS service provider located in Saint Louis Missouri.
  • Southeast Missouri REALTORS visit the state Capitol

On April 19th, 2017 members from our association attended REALTOR Day in Jefferson City where we met with Missouri REALTORS' lobbyist, Sam Licklider and visited with our representatives about current issues on the house and senate floor. David Soto, Wendy Flynn, and Amanda Evans used their REALTOR voices for you and consumer property rights! Thank you Dave, Wendy, and Amanda for making the trip!
