If you were at the Board of Directors meeting last week in Kansas City, you heard a recap of how O2 has fared this year. While there have surely been growing pains with the new governance structure, one thing is for certain. We are accomplishing more new things. As you may know, the term
"O2" stands for Outreach and Output. Getting out to more members and delivering more things of value to those members. So far in 2013, Output Groups have been responsible for at least 9 new or improved programs or events. This is almost equivalent to what the Association delivered in 2011 and 2012 combined. Congratulations!
That said, O2 still has a lot of maturing to do and you can be a part of that process.

I hear every day from our volunteers that they get so much from their involvement with the Association. I encourage you to take that step and help us make O2 into a dynamic engine of value creation for all Missouri REALTORS.
