Anyone Can Lead in Missouri
Hosted by Missouri Women's Council
We must encourage others to take risks, experiment, and try new things, and trust that their ideas and contributions are valued. Creating a culture of continuous learning and growth, empowering others to take on the mantle of leadership and develop their own potential. We must foster collaboration, be open to feedback and criticism, and recognize that everyone has something to contribute. We must also be willing to make mistakes and learn from them and accept that failure is often part of growth and success. Finally, we must strive to create an environment where everyone feels safe, included, and respected... Continuing to “Lift As We Climb”
