FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE October 22, 2025 COLUMBIA, MISSOURI – Missouri REALTORS ® is pleased to share with you a monthly statistics report highlighting the Missouri real estate market for September 2025. Missouri REALTORS ® sold 6,522 residential properties in September. The median sales price increased by 3.7 percent compared to last year, coming in at $279,900. The average residential sale price also increased 4.5 percent from last year to $329,482. The total dollar volume increased by 11.5 percent in September compared to last year, but decreased 11 percent compared to August.
