COLUMBIA, MISSOURI – Missouri REALTORS® throughout the state participated in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) 2026 REALTOR® Volunteer Days, May 30–June 7. This nationwide initiative encourages REALTORS® to take part in the REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors program, maximizing the impact of their volunteer time and strengthening the communities they serve.
Throughout the state, more than 130 REALTORS®, brokerages, and affiliates participated in over 20 activities for REALTOR® Volunteer Days. “Today was a great reminder that serving our community goes beyond real estate. Seeing our REALTORS® and affiliate partners come together to support the food bank reflects the heart of our organization and our commitment to making a positive impact where we live and work.” said Liz Wolf, COO of Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS®.
Volunteer activities included serving meals at local food banks, supporting community organizations, assisting with charitable initiatives, improving local spaces, and more. Within a single week, community initiatives led by REALTOR® volunteers positively impacted over 2,600 Missouri residents.
“It’s been amazing to see what just a small amount of participants can do in a short amount of time this week at all of our volunteer opportunities!” said Laura Daly, a member of the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®.
To encourage involvement, Missouri REALTORS® hosted a campaign providing REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors t-shirts to members participating in REALTOR® Volunteer Days activities May 30–June 7. Members were encouraged to wear their shirts while volunteering and share photos of their efforts, helping highlight the positive impact REALTORS® are making across the state.
