This month, we shine the spotlight on Pam Steele, a Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR) member whose leadership is defined by expertise, service, and a deep commitment to professional growth. With more than two decades of experience across residential, commercial, and investment real estate, Pam has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex transactions with professionalism, strategic insight, and attention to detail.
At the local level, Pam is a highly engaged leader within KCRAR, currently serving as Treasurer in 2026 and as a member of the Board of Directors. She is also part of the Executive Team and holds a leadership role as the Budget & Finance Committee Vice Chair. Her involvement spans numerous committees, including Strategic Planning, Commercial, Advocacy, Global, and RPAC, where she contributes to shaping the direction of the association and supporting its members.
A graduate of the KCRAR/UMKC Leadership Academy, Pam is committed to continuous learning and developing leadership capacity within the industry. At the state level, she serves as a State Director for Missouri REALTORS® and contributes her expertise through key groups such as the Commercial Forms Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and Member Engagement Committee. She is also a graduate of the Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy and a member of the Missouri REALTOR® Honor Society, reflecting her ongoing dedication to professional excellence and service.
