Missouri REALTORS ® sold 6,209 residential properties in December. The median sales price increased by 6 percent compared to last year, coming in at $272,000. The average residential sale price also increased 4.4 percent from last year to $321,208. The total dollar volume increased by 15 percent in December compared to last year, and increased 8.3 percent compared to November. Missouri REALTORS ® sold 5,480 residential properties in November. The median sales price increased by 7.7 percent compared to last year, coming in at $279,900. The average residential sale price also increased 5.1 percent from last year to $336,090.
