Columbia, Missouri – Leah Petras of St. Peters, Missouri, has been named the recipient of Missouri REALTORS® 2024 Bruce Aydt Code of Ethics Leadership Award.
Bruce Aydt, a past president of Missouri REALTORS® as well as a National Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award recipient, has been a role model as a REALTOR® leader at the local, state, and national levels throughout his entire career. This award recognizes a REALTOR® who has been a role model in professionalism while engaging in activities such as offering advice and counsel on the Code of Ethics, teaching the Code to other REALTORS®, serving on grievance and professional standards committees, or embodying the central concepts of honesty, integrity, competence, and fair dealing as outlined in the Preamble to the Code.
Petras received this award on Wednesday, September 25 during the Missouri REALTORS® Fall Business Conference.
Serving as a licensed REALTOR® since 2000, Petras has continued to exemplify professionalism while making significant contributions to the real estate industry. In addition to volunteering her time to numerous boards and committees, Petras serves as a State Director for Missouri REALTORS®. Petras served as President of her local Women’s Council of REALTORS® chapter in 2011 and as President of St. Charles REALTORS® in 2015.
Petras has been a REALTOR® Party Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor since 2013 and a Crystal R Major Investor since 2014.
