Missouri REALTORS®,
We’re still early in 2024 but it’s time to begin planning our 2025 governance structure known as Outreach & Output (O2). This structure was designed to align our governance work with our mission and provide a variety of opportunities for members to participate in the process of leading our association into the future.
To get involved, I encourage you to sign up for a leadership, mission committee, or output group role. You can also sign up for a statewide professional standards committee. Life Members and REALTOR® Emeritus members may apply for State Director positions within the leadership application as well. The deadline to apply for all 2025 leadership positions is May 15, 2024.
Missouri is also projected to have one National Director position become vacant for the 2024-2027 term (effective December 1, 2024 - November 30, 2027). Candidates will be elected via a vote of the Missouri REALTORS® Board of Directors at the upcoming Spring Business Conference.
Members who are interested and eligible are encouraged to download the National Director application. Applications must be completed with all appropriate signatures and submitted to Missouri REALTORS® no later than March 26, 2024, to be considered.

The 2025 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) committee application process is also underway. This is another chance to have a voice and serve our industry at the national level. The deadline for submitting NAR committee applications is also May 15, 2024. All applications must be submitted via NAR’s online application process.
