To me, the New Year represents a clean slate. Unburdened by the unfinished business of the previous year or the coulda, woulda, shoulda of life. It is symbolic of new beginnings and fresh opportunities for growth and progress.
Whether you believe in making formal resolutions for the New Year or merely write down some goals that you would like to accomplish, I urge you to add one thing to that list.
