Columbia, Missouri – Jessica Hubbard of Joplin, Missouri, has been named recipient of the Missouri REALTORS® 2025 Elizabeth J. Mendenhall E3 Award.
Elizabeth J. Mendenhall, a Past President of Missouri REALTORS® and 2018 President of the National Association of REALTORS®, has inspired others with her career-long involvement at the local, state, and national levels. She is defined by Energy, Empowerment, and Experience (E3). This award recognizes a REALTOR® who showcases innovation, dedication, and forward-thinking in every aspect of their career.
Hubbard received this award on Wednesday, September 24 during the Missouri REALTORS® Fall Business Conference.
Jessica Hubbard is a dynamic leader in Missouri’s real estate community, known for her advocacy, mentorship, and commitment to REALTOR® values. As the 2023 President of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS® (OGAR), she brought fresh energy and insight from her years of business coaching, helping elevate the association’s role in real estate transactions. Jessica has served on every OGAR committee, is a graduate of both the local and Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academies and was instrumental in securing over 1,800 signatures for a grassroots campaign opposing service taxation.
At the state level, Jessica has been a Missouri REALTORS® State Director since 2019 and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Bylaws Committee and a member of the Advocacy Committee. She is an RPAC Trustee and a Sterling R Major Investor, reflecting her dedication to protecting property rights and promoting the REALTOR® brand. Known for her goal-driven mindset and passion for the industry, Jessica continues to mentor agents and champion ethical practices across Missouri.
