
GRI Courses
Missouri REALTORS® is excited to announce the return of in-person Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) courses with brand new curriculum! Earn CE credits and level up your skills for the New Year!
During these courses, students will learn about the new Missouri Contracts & Forms from General Counsel & Vice President of Risk Management, Robert Campbell, renew their understanding of the importance of the Code of Ethics with Director of Professional Standards, Tracey Yost, and engage in dialogue on fair housing with Director of Education, Dr. Blake Willoughby.
All three courses will meet NAR Cycle 8’s Code of Ethics and the new Fair Housing requirements at the start of the new three-year cycle.

- General Price: $125/course
- Package Price: $300/registers for all three courses
- GRI Designee Price: $50/course (Members who already have their GRI Designations. Email blake@morealtor.com to receive this special registration price.)
- All registration fees paid are considered final. Refunds will not be issued for this class.
Course Schedule and Details:
GRI 103 – Contracts & Forms
- Instructor: Robert Campbell
- Description: This course is designed to inform students on the variety of forms created by Missouri REALTORS® and utilized by REALTORS® across the state. The four primary forms that will be covered are: RES-2000, MSC-4020, RES-1010, MSC-1080. Various other forms and riders will be discussed in the process as they relate to and interact with the four primary forms.

GRI 101 – Code of Ethics
- Instructor: Tracey Yost
- Description: This course, designed to also fulfill the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics requirement, teaches the critical importance of professionalism and ethics in real estate practice. Going above and beyond the minimum requirements of the law is crucial to success in real estate and developing a reputation that attracts customers and makes cooperating with other brokers simpler. This course utilizes significant class participation, quizzes, group work, and case studies.

- Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 Hours)

GRI 102 – Fair Housing
- Instructor: Blake Willoughby
- Description: This course will take a look at the history of Fair Housing in Real Estate, as well as at each protected class and how we, as real estate professionals, can implement consistent interactions with all clients in order to bring an end to discrimination in housing practices and comply with both federal and local anti-discrimination laws. This course provides a more advanced investigation of Fair Housing including practical application of Fair Housing laws and exploring implicit bias and its relation to Fair Housing.
