Danny Fredericks
A 4th Generation REALTOR® from Torrance, CA and serves as the Region 13 NAR YPN Advisory Board member. Danny was Awarded 2016 REALTOR® of the Year and 2012 Rookie of the Year by the South Bay Association of REALTORS®. In 2011 he began running a team with his father, specializing in multi-family properties. Using internet marketing and using new real estate tools and technology before others has led him to be a top producer. Danny attributes the success of his real estate career to being an advocate for education.

Steve has extensive experience in both corporate and real estate law, concentrating primarily on property acquisition and sales, financing, development, brokerage licensing and compliance matters, property management, real estate tax appeals, and condemnation law. He has acted as Missouri REALTORS® Contract and Forms Legal Counsel for over 15 years. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar.
