Legislative Report and Bill Tracking 03/01/2016

By Sam LICKLIDER posted 03-01-2016 09:41 PM

I'm changing up the report a little.  Below is a tracking list with all of the bills that are currently being followed, under the remark heading is the current position of Missouri REALTORS® on the legislation.  This gives you one place to look and see the bills and their status.  A problem is that these bills numbers are not linked, I'll eventually learn how to automatically link them so you can read the entire bill.  View this as a work in progress.

Let me know what you think, if you like it tell me, if you don't I need to know that as well.

Thanks

Sam Licklider, Chief Lobbyist

Sam,
Thanks for the amount of time and effort put into this report. It very much simplifies knowing about proposed legislation affecting our industry. Each and every licensee should review this page on a regular basis, to stay aware of "what is going on" affecting the real estate market, and each of us. Yes it will be nice when you get a link to each of the bills available, I can only imagine what will be involved getting that completed, however it will be very useful. With a tool such as this report, there will be no reason or excuse for each of us to contact our state representatives with our thoughts before something is passed without knowing.
Thanks again for your commitment to we MISSOURI REALTORS.
