EDGE Tech = Value

By Russ Cofano posted 12-10-2012 07:47 AM

This week, the Missouri REALTORS will be hosting three technology education events around the state.  December 12 in Springfield, December 13 in Kansas City and December 14 in St. Louis.  These events, which are being offered at no charge to our members, are part of the value that members get for their dues dollars.  By attending, members will learn about cutting edge social media tactics to employ in their business from Nobu Hata, NAR's Director of Digital Engagement.  They will also learn about REALTORS Property Resource (RPR) which is a national property database that became available to all REALTORS on November 1.  Finally, attendees will have a chance to get trained on THE LANDING.  We have thousands of members who have not yet even logged in and we need them in order to truly carry out the vision for THE LANDING.  This will become our association's primary communications platform, both for association and industry news but more importantly, for members to communicate and share with each other.  There are so many possibilities for THE LANDING and the first step is for members to understand the basics.  I applaud you if you are attending EDGE Tech for two reason.  First, you will no doubt learn some thing that will help your business in 2013. Second, you will become part of THE LANDING's early adopter group who will blaze its trail.  If you are not yet registered, there is still time. Click here to register

I hope to see you in Springfield, Kansas City or St. Louis!

'Till Next Time...

What a fantastic session, thank you so much for bringing it to Springfield. We have not embraced RPR in our neck of the woods just yet, so it was refreshing to have the opportunity to see the ins and outs of it without having some sort of obnoxious sales pitch attached to it. I'd love to see more of this kind of stuff (Edge Tech) take place next year.
