While most of you have successfully taken flight on THE LANDING, a few of you have experienced difficulty during takeoff. You make your way to TheLanding.net, attempt to log in and … drats, “what’s my password?” In an age where there’s a login and password for almost every site we visit, it’s hard to keep track of them all.

In order to accommodate members who forgot their password, THE LANDING originally provided a link to “Reset My Password.” However, we quickly learned that process was ineffective and created additional problems.

In an effort to better serve you on THE LANDING, you will now see a new link associated with the login page. Instead of “Reset My Password,” you will find a Request to Change Password link.

This will function much like the “Request to Change Profile” link on your profile page, which sends an email to LandingProfile@morealtor.com. When we receive a request to change your password, MAR staff will change your password to one of your choosing, allowing you to easily access THE LANDING again without hiccups. When activating the change, please be sure to specify what you wish your new password to be. If at anytime you forget your password, just click the Contact Us link at the top of the page and we will be happy to look up your password for you.
