This month, we shine the spotlight on Billy Dexheimer, a Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® member whose leadership is rooted in service, advocacy, and a commitment to strengthening the real estate profession. As Broker and Co-Owner of North Star Real Estate, which he launched alongside business partner Adam Curtis in 2024, Billy has built his career around helping clients navigate important life decisions while fostering growth and opportunity for fellow real estate professionals.
At the local level, Billy is a highly engaged leader within the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS®, currently serving as 2025 President after serving as 2024 President-Elect. His leadership experience also includes serving as Chair of the MLS Committee and contributing to numerous local initiatives focused on advocacy, professional standards, and member engagement. A graduate of the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Billy has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to leadership development and service within the REALTOR® community.
At the state level, Billy has been actively involved with Missouri REALTORS® through advocacy efforts, meetings, and leadership programming. As a recipient of the 2025 Missouri REALTORS® Honor Society recognition, he exemplifies a commitment to professional excellence and advancing the REALTOR® profession. Billy also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, reflecting his dedication to continued learning and serving clients at the highest level.
Billy is passionate about housing advocacy, property rights, and helping make the real estate process more approachable for consumers. His participation in REALTOR® advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C., further demonstrates his commitment to protecting homeowners, property owners, and the future of the real estate industry.
