This month, we shine the spotlight on Audrey Spratt, a Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® member whose leadership is grounded in service, faith, and a steadfast commitment to putting others first. Audrey is widely respected for her servant‑leadership approach and her ability to lead with integrity at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® organization.
Audrey has been deeply involved with the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS®, where she most recently served as 2024 President. Her dedication to REALTOR® advocacy and organizational growth extends to the state level, where she currently serves as the 2026 SOMO Change Committee Chair. A graduate of both the Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy and her local board’s leadership academy, Audrey is known for staying actively engaged in industry issues, legislative priorities, and professional development to better serve REALTORS® across Southwest Missouri.
In recognition of her leadership and service, Audrey was named 2024 REALTOR® of the Year by the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS®. She is also a familiar presence at local, state, and national REALTOR® conferences, where she focuses on strengthening governance, advocating for the industry, and ensuring REALTORS® have a strong voice in an evolving real estate landscape.
Beyond her professional and association leadership, Audrey’s faith and family are central to everything she does. Alongside her husband, Travis, she is a longtime supporter of Elevate Branson, working to help provide a hand up to individuals and families in need. Whether serving through her local church, volunteering in the community, or leading within the REALTOR® organization, Audrey is guided by a clear mission to place God first, family second, and service to others above all else.
