Missouri REALTORS® are more than just real estate professionals. They are community leaders, educators, volunteers, and philanthropists who make a meaningful impact in their local areas and beyond. Our Leadership Spotlight series celebrates these dedicated members and highlights their contributions to both the real estate industry and their communities.

This month, we shine the spotlight on Sarah Scronce, a St. Charles REALTOR® member whose leadership reflects resilience, service, and a deep commitment to strengthening both her profession and her community.

Sarah is a full-time REALTOR® serving Lincoln County and surrounding communities with nearly a decade of experience in residential real estate. Throughout her career, Sarah has prioritized professional excellence and ethical leadership. She has earned the ABR®, RENE®, C2EX, and AHWD designations and remains committed to continuing education in areas such as the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, Fair Housing, renovation lending, and commercial real estate fundamentals. Her dedication to learning ensures she serves her clients and community with integrity and excellence.

Sarah’s leadership and professionalism have been recognized through numerous honors, including the 2025 WCR Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the 2017 STAR Customer Service Award, Lincoln County Journal’s 2024 People’s Choice Award – REALTOR®, Missouri REALTORS® Honor Society recognition, Rookie of the Year in her first year in the industry, and the Rising Star Award in 2023.

In addition to her real estate career, Sarah serves as Deputy Director of Lincoln County Economic Development, supporting responsible growth and business development. Within the REALTOR® organization, she is a Co‑Chair and 2024 graduate of the St. Charles REALTORS® Leadership Academy and currently chairs the Inclusion Advisory Committee. She is actively involved with WCR and YPN, is a Major Investor in RPAC, maintains membership with the East Central Board of REALTORS® (ECBR), and remains engaged at the state and national levels through Missouri REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Beyond the profession, Sarah believes leadership is stewardship. She is the Founder and President of Honorbound K9 Justice Foundation, a nonprofit supporting K9 units and community engagement initiatives. She also serves as President‑Elect of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce and remains actively involved in civic leadership through organizations such as Professional Business Women of Lincoln County and the Troy Rotary Club.

Missouri REALTORS® proudly recognizes Sarah Scronce for her outstanding leadership, professionalism, and dedication to both the real estate industry and her community. Her commitment to advocacy, mentorship, and service exemplifies what it means to be a REALTOR®, and we are honored to shine a spotlight on her remarkable journey.
