This month, we shine the spotlight on Sophia Marr, a trusted Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS® member whose career reflects a powerful blend of excellence, service, and leadership.
A graduate of Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy class of 2025, Sophia Marr has consistently stepped up to serve the REALTOR® community. She will serve as the Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS® in 2026. At the state level, Sophia has served as a Missouri R State Director since 2022. These leadership roles demonstrate her commitment to elevating professional standards and member engagement across the state.
Sophia’s achievements encompass local and statewide recognition. She was named Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in 2024 and inducted into the Missouri REALTORS® Honor Society that same year. In 2020, Second Home Living Magazine recognized her as a Top Agent Under 40, and Lake Lifestyles Magazine voters selected her for “Best of the Lake.” Sophia’s track record of production and leadership is reflected in her status with the RE/MAX Diamond Club Team.
A lifelong learner, Sophia holds multiple industry designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist® (RSPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® (GUILD ELITE), Residential Remodeling Specialist (RRS), and the National Association of REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement - credentials that underscore her dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
