This month, we shine the spotlight on Janine Hollingsworth, Designated Broker at RE/MAX Jefferson City, whose career reflects decades of dedication to excellence, service, and leadership.
Janine’s journey in real estate began as Administrative Manager for RE/MAX Jefferson City, a role she held for 25 years before becoming Designated Broker in January 2024. Her leadership extends across local and state REALTOR® organizations. She has served on the MLS Committee since 2024, rising to Vice Chair in 2025 and Chair in 2026. Janine also contributes at the state level through Output Groups focused on Residential Forms, Member Engagement, and Risk Awareness, and she completed the JCABOR Ambassador Program. Currently, she is attending the Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth.
Her dedication to service is evident in her volunteer work. Janine participates annually in REALTOR® Days community service projects and has organized the RE/MAX Fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network since 2000. She also gives back through her church, volunteering for the community outreach soup kitchen program at Capital City Christian Church.
Janine’s professional achievements are equally impressive. She was recognized as Administrative Manager of the Year by RE/MAX Regional Services four times (1999, 2003, 2006, and 2021). She holds designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and has been a Certified Buffini Mentor since 2005, helping others succeed in the industry.
