This month, we shine the spotlight on Brandon Glascock, Broker at South County Realty in Ashland, Missouri, and a passionate leader whose service spans local, state, and community organizations.
Brandon’s leadership journey is rooted in his deep commitment to REALTOR® service. He currently serves as the 2026 President Elect of the Columbia Board of REALTORS® (CBOR) and is a Missouri GRI Instructor, helping shape the next generation of real estate professionals. His involvement with Missouri REALTORS® includes serving on the Strategic Planning Committee and graduating from both the CBOR and Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academies. Brandon has held numerous roles with CBOR, including MLS Chair, RPAC Committee Member, and State Director across multiple years.
Brandon’s dedication to professional growth is reflected in his impressive list of designations and certifications, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), GREEN Realtor, At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Probate Specialist, underscoring his commitment to education and excellence.
Beyond real estate, Brandon is a pillar of his community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Boone Economic Development Council since 2016 and was honored with the Eagle Award in 2022 for his contributions. His service also includes a decade-long tenure on the Southern Boone County Fire Protection District Board, and active membership in the Ashland Optimist Club, Ashland Masonic Lodge, and Scouts BSA Troop 134, where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
