This month, we shine the spotlight on Dean Eshelman, Past President of the REALTOR® Land Institute – Missouri Chapter and a long-standing leader in Missouri’s real estate community.
Dean Eshelman began his real estate career in 1999 and has built a distinguished record in both residential and commercial real estate. He is the founder of Eshelman Real Estate Group, where he expanded his practice to include land and commercial transactions. His professional development includes numerous designations and certifications, and he has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels.
Dean’s leadership spans local, state, and national levels. He currently serves on the Missouri REALTORS® Budget and Finance Committee and Commercial Forms Committee. Nationally, he contributes to the REALTOR® Land Institute’s Government Affairs Committee. His dedication to professional development is evident through his extensive list of designations, including ACP, CNE, CPA, and IRES, among others.
Beyond the real estate industry, Dean is deeply committed to community service. He is the Chapter President of Jefferson County Habitat for Humanity, helping build homes and hope for families in need. He has also served as Vice Chair of USA Cares, raising funds for military families in crisis, and contributed to the Children’s Miracle Network through the Night of Super Stars initiative. As a Shriner and Shriners Hospital Ambassador, Dean continues to advocate for children’s health and well-being.
