Missouri REALTORS® are more than just real estate professionals. They are community leaders, educators, volunteers, and philanthropists who make a meaningful impact in their local areas and beyond. Our Leadership Spotlight series celebrates these dedicated members and highlights their contributions to both the real estate industry and their communities.
This month, we shine the spotlight on Marissa Lightsey from the Heart of Missouri Board of REALTORS®. As a dynamic real estate professional, Marissa embodies the passion and commitment that drive success in both personal and professional realms.
Marissa is the Real Estate Broker Owner of Century 21 Peak, Marketing and Associates, a brokerage with a 45-year history of serving the Mid-Missouri market. Having guided over 250 clients through their real estate journeys, her impact extends far beyond property transactions. Her recent recognition as a Central 21 Franchise 30 under 30 award honoree emphasizes her early career achievements.
Her community involvement has been equally impressive. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Community Embetterment and Civic Affairs for the Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, an Executive Board Member of Mainstreet Mexico, and as the Current Organizer of Ascending Mexico Entrepreneurs. In her previous community leadership roles, she served as the Mexico Jaycees Co-President and Mexico Village Square Association Co-Chair.
Missouri REALTORS® proudly recognizes Marissa Lightsey for her unwavering dedication to her profession and community. Her passion and commitment to serving others epitomize the spirit of a REALTOR®, and we are excited to witness the continued positive impact she will make in the years ahead.
