Columbia, Missouri – Nancy Gratz of Jefferson City, Missouri, has been named recipient of the Missouri REALTORS® 2023 Brady Stevens Award.
Brady Stevens, a longtime Joplin REALTOR® and 1963 president of Missouri REALTORS®, led the statewide effort to develop and promote truly professional real estate education. He believed that members who promoted professionalism in their real estate practice and devoted themselves to ongoing professional development should receive special recognition. This award honors graduates of the REALTOR® Institute who conduct their professional lives in the spirit of that tradition.
Presented annually to the preceding year’s outstanding graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, Gratz received this award on Wednesday, September 20 during the Missouri REALTORS® Fall Business Conference.
A licensed REALTOR® since 2012, Gratz continues to be active in the real estate industry at the local and state levels, serving on a multitude of committees and output groups. At the local level, Gratz served as president of the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS® in 2020 and was a recipient of the Community Achievement Award in 2016. She was also a recipient of the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS® Honor Society Award from 2014-2020.
At the state level, Gratz is actively involved in the Property Management Committee, Residential Forms Committee, and Economic Development Output Group, among others. She is also a REALTOR® Party Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor and has been a Sterling R since 2019.
Outside of real estate, Gratz is actively engaged in her local community. In 2018, Gratz received the William W. Quigg Chamber Award for her lifetime leadership and commitment to the Jefferson City community. She also received the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS® Community Achievement Award in 2016.
