Columbia, Missouri – Jennifer Langston-Justus of Gladstone, Missouri, has been named Missouri REALTORS® 2023 REALTOR® of the Year.
This prestigious award is given to a member who exemplifies “REALTOR® Spirit.” Dedication to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, efforts to encourage good real estate practices among other real estate brokers, volunteer work, and business accomplishments are among the selection considerations for this award.
Justus was presented with this award on Wednesday, September 20 during Missouri REALTORS® Fall Business Conference.
Serving as a licensed REALTOR® since 2003, Justus continues to be involved in the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels. Justus was named REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year by the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® in 2016. In addition to serving on a multitude of boards and committees, Justus also served as president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Kansas City chapter in 2014 and as state treasurer in 2015.
At the state level, Justus was a graduate of the 2017 Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy. She also serves as the current chair of Missouri REALTORS® Advocacy Committee and as a state director. Justus has been a REALTOR® Party Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor since 2015, a Platinum R since 2021, a President’s Circle member since 2016, and will be inducted into the $50,000 RPAC Hall of Fame in May 2024. She also serves as a state and federal political coordinator and is an RPAC Lifetime Trustee.
In addition to Justus’ service as a REALTOR®, she continues to give back to her community. She is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of her local chamber of commerce and currently serves on her local TIF commission. Additionally, Justus has been a key contributor to “Get Real KC,” a podcast created to educate consumers about real estate.
