Missouri REALTORS® are so much more than real estate professionals. They dedicate their time to serving on school boards and running for elected positions. They educate, serve on panels, volunteer, and facilitate industry discussions. Their philanthropic efforts are inspiring, and the difference they are making within their communities is significant. Our Member Spotlight series highlights these efforts and introduces some of our wonderful members.
This month, we are shining the Member Spotlight on Bryant Boyd.
Located in Waynesville, Missouri, Bryant is an agent and chief property manager for Eagle Realty Group & Associates, and a member of the Pulaski County Board of REALTORS®. Dedicated to both his craft and his community, we are delighted to shed light on Bryant’s contributions to some more than worthy local beneficiaries and the real estate industry.
Bryant joined Eagle Realty Group & Associates in 2009. Dedicated to assisting buyers with achieving their dream of homeownership, Bryant diligently guides clients through the real estate transaction, so they are able to make the best possible decision when purchasing and selling a home. Bryant contributes his success to understanding the inspection and appraisal process, various pricing options, and ensuring the home is always ready to view and presentable.
Bryant is a natural leader and is constantly looking for ways to promote the success of the company’s agents. Noted as a career highlight, Bryant was voted REALTOR® Ambassador of the Year by the Pulaski County Board of REALTORS® in 2019. Recognition of this award was presented by peers based on not only sales figures but hard work, customer service, exceptional collaboration with other REALTORS®, and holistically embodying “REALTOR® spirit.” Currently, Bryant is serving as President of the Pulaski County Board of REALTORS®. He is also Chair of Missouri REALTORS® Property Management Section and is a Major Investor and a member of the YPN Advisory Board. Bryant will serve as a State Director in 2022, in addition to Vice Chair of Missouri REALTORS® Member Engagement Committee.
In addition to Bryant’s on-the-field accolades, he recently graduated from Missouri REALTORS®‘ 18th Leadership Academy class, a program dedicated to training emerging REALTOR® leaders to exert a positive influence on the future of Missouri REALTORS®, their Local Boards/Associations, and the industry.
Outside of real estate, Bryant dedicates time every month to volunteer initiatives around his community. Currently, Bryant serves as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, where he helps paint, clean, and furnish homes for families in need in the Pulaski County area. He also dedicates his time to The Village Ministries by assisting his pastor in community outreach by actively recruiting young men to participate in church activities.
We celebrate Bryant for his dedication to his business, his industry, and his community. Because of REALTORS® like Bryant, we are confident the future of real estate is one full of educational opportunities and profound compassion for fellow community members.
