
Happy Valentine’s Day, Missouri REALTORS®! While you may be busy assembling gifts or writing notes for your loved ones, don’t miss out on an opportunity to spread some REALTOR® love. Valentine’s Day marks a unique opportunity for REALTORS® to strengthen relationships with fellow agents, coworkers, clients and small businesses. So, let’s take advantage.
Here are some last-minute Valentine’s Day social media strategies to help you connect and spread the love.
- Create a Valentine’s Day giveaway contest. Pull together some merch, baked goods, a bottle of wine and a giftcard from local small businesses. Then promote the giveaway on Facebook and Instagram. Social media followers can like and comment to enter the giveaway (which will help drive up engagement!). Then pick your winner and share on social media. - Post something heartwarming for coworkers and clients. Don’t just tell them how much they mean to you. Show them! Compile photos and videos from showings, open houses and other special moments into a Valentine’s Day post and share to Facebook and Instagram. Encourage others to share the content by tagging them.
- Ask the agents in your office why they love their job. And then record a video of their explanations. Compile all of those explanations into one, sweet Valentine’s Day video to post on all social media platforms.
