Missouri REALTORS® are not only real estate professionals, they’re so much more. They dedicate their time to serving on school boards, in elected positions and volunteering their time to make communities a better place to be. They’re educators, serving on panels and facilitating industry discussions. Their philanthropic efforts are inspiring and the difference they are making within their communities is significant. Our Member Spotlight series highlights these efforts and introduces some of our wonderful members!
This month, we are shining the Member Spotlight on Tandy Bressler.
Volunteering her spare time at the Neosho Youth Volunteer Program, Tandy Bressler, REALTOR® with ReeceNichols Real Estate in Neosho, founded the very organization she frequently volunteers with. The Neosho Youth Volunteer Program was developed to get youth involved in the community through volunteer work and acts of kindness. Tandy also volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and Bright Futures.
The Neosho Youth Volunteer Program has been recognized for its work in the community on fourstateshomepage.com, in the Joplin Globe, and in the Neosho Daily News. In the Neosho Daily News, the Neosho Youth Volunteer Program was recognized for its outreach to the local Spring Hill Assisted Living Center which aimed to bridge the generation gap through painting.
In addition to working with the Neosho Youth Volunteer Program, Tandy also serves on the Mental Health Committee for the Neosho School Board. Within the Newton and McDonald County Association of Realtors, Tandy serves on the Education and Scholarship Committee and the Legislative and RPAC Committee.
Tandy looks to improve her community through her volunteering activities and has had a powerful impact on the Neosho community.
If you’re in the community spotlight or know someone who is, let us know. We’d love to shine our Missouri REALTORS® Spotlight on you!
