This is the question we asked hundreds of REALTORS® at our business conference last month. Well, kind-of. What we actually asked is, "What are you dedicated to?" In other words, what drives you? What do you love about your job that makes it feel like it is not a job at all?
The answers to this question ranged, but we definitely saw some themes. Here are the top four.
1. Service/Helping Clients
Missouri REALTORS® are dedicated to their clients; to ensuring they have the best possible experience and to helping them achieve their dream of homeownership. From first time homebuyers to past clients, Missouri REALTORS® are all about relationships and making the home purchasing process easy and smooth.
2. Self-Betterment and the Advancement of Agents
Missouri REALTORS® are dedicated to being the best they can be - both today and for the days to come. They are dedicated to bettering themselves and Brokers are focused on empowering their agents. They plan to achieve this through education and leadership training.
3. Property Rights and Homeownership for All
Missouri REALTORS® are dedicated to private property rights and protecting the right of homeownership in Missouri. They are defenders of the American Dream and are continuing the fight to ensure all Missourians have the right to own a home.
4. Increased Professionalism
Missouri REALTORS® are dedicated to increasing the professionalism in the real estate industry. Professional standards, honesty and business integrity are what motivate these REALTORS®.
These were the words and phrases we saw over and over again.

And then there were the originals. These creative and unique things didn't fit into a category. Some are all-inspiring and others are down-right funny.
