I am excited to share with you that registration for our April Business Conference is now open! I am looking forward to seeing many of you in Kansas City and am eager to experience my first Missouri spring AND my first April Business Conference!
We have quite the schedule of activities planned for our three days in Kansas City. This year, Commercial Day is being held in conjunction with our April Business Conference. Check out the planned agenda and note that registration for Commercial Day is separate from the April Business Conference. We will wrap-up Commercial Day with a networking reception around 4:15pm – just in time for the Scavenger Hunt that the Specialty Groups are hosting. What a great way to experience downtown Kansas City and meet other REALTORS® from across the state.
Thursday will be a full day of governance meetings. It is incredible how much we accomplish in these meetings. If you have never attended an Output Group meeting, I encourage you to check out the schedule and sit-in on one – or more! Output Groups are open to any member to join at any time.
We have a special Lunch and Learn planned where we want you to pick the topic. Tell us what you want to learn and we will lineup the speaker, educator or panel to make it happen. Leave a comment below with your suggested topic or send us an email. We also have a great education session lined up for Thursday afternoon. The class will take you through the various assistance programs the Missouri Housing Development Commission has for first time home buyers. And the best part is that it is free to attend!
The can’t miss event Thursday night is the 8th Annual “Marge Pfaff” RPAC-MO Auction which I have heard is always a great time. Rumor has it we have some great items up for auction, including TV’s, Go-Pro’s and some Royals/Cardinals tickets!
We will conclude with our Board of Directors meeting on Friday.
