We recently wrapped up another fantastic Fall Business Conference, and I’m excited to share highlights with you!
The week officially began on Tuesday with governance meetings and educational opportunities. That afternoon, members participated in the Opening General Session, where they heard from keynote speaker, Melissa Majors. Melissa revealed how thriving leaders accelerate team performance by incorporating inclusive practices. Watch the recording of this exciting session here!
On Wednesday, following output group and committee meetings, we hosted our Annual Meeting and Awards where we highlighted our 2024 award recipients and 21st Leadership Academy class graduation. Watch the recording of this exciting session here!

Later that afternoon, we hosted the ever-popular Emerging Issues Forum, where we heard from a panel of Missouri REALTORS® leadership as they presented on the 18-month journey known as our Organizational Assessment. During this session, they shared a roadmap for how these recommendations may show up in future work plans for various committees, output groups, or even new task forces. The conference concluded Thursday morning with our Board of Directors meeting. During this meeting, Antwann Rhodes, a member of the Pulaski County Board of REALTORS®, was elected to serve as Missouri REALTORS® 2026 Treasurer. As a member of your 2025 Leadership Team, Antwann will begin his service this coming January as 2025 Treasurer-Elect.
