Dear Missouri REALTORS®,
As your 2026 President, I’m proud to share some exciting highlights from our recent Spring Business Conference, held in Columbia. The event welcomed nearly 450 REALTORS® from across the state, bringing us together to learn, connect, and grow as we embrace this season of opportunity.
The event featured Missouri REALTORS® governance meetings, collaborative group meetings, Networking Roundtables, Opening General Session, and Emerging Issues Forum, which provided timely discussion on issues impacting REALTORS® and homeowners across Missouri. Members also had the opportunity to connect in a fun and engaging way during the Broker‑okee Competition, hosted by the Missouri Women’s Council.
The Opening General Session featured a powerful keynote by Daryl Davis, a musician, author, and activist. While we are unable to share the Opening General Session recording, we encourage you to check out Daryl’s TEDx Talk to learn more about his message.
One of the most impactful sessions was the Emerging Issues Forum on AI, Real Estate, & The Road Ahead led by our panelists, Josh Cadillac, Trista Curzydlo, and Craig Grant. [Watch the full Forum.]
A highlight of the conference was the Robert W. Borgmann RPAC Auction - United We Invest - celebrating stars, stripes, and property rights. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, the auction raised $130,132 in support of REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and the REALTOR® advocacy efforts that protect private property rights and promote homeownership across Missouri.
We wrapped up the week on Thursday with district briefings and our Board of Directors meeting, where we addressed key association business. [View the April 30, 2026, Board of Directors meeting minutes.]
