We hear from members that they are always looking for great content to share with their spheres, either through social media or other channels. One thing that I see quite often are members sharing real estate statistical information. Consumers LOVE this stuff, especially when the market is positive and members who use this strategy to share their knowledge are very smart.
Despite good intentions, I always cringe a bit when I see members quote national statistics but ignore local and statewide information. While national stats may be useful and interesting at a high level, we all know that what is going on in LA, NY, Miami or Boston is likely not very correlated to what is happening here in Missouir.
I encourage you to share your local stats if they are available. I also encourage you to share our new statewide stats video. The video will always be posted on the home page of THE LANDING. You can also share a direct link to the video which is housed on the Missouri REALTORS YouTube page.
