The following Missouri REALTORS® Region 9 and Fall Business Conference group rate has been negotiated on your behalf:
- Group Rate Rooms: $189.00/night plus tax (currently 18.929%)
- The group rate is valid for up to 4 people in a room.
- Rate is valid for 2 days pre- and post-conference dates, subject to availability.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM / Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- PARKING: A discounted $25 self-parking fee will apply (typically at $44.00). Discounted valet parking at $40/day will apply (typically at $50.00). EV charging stations are available at this hotel.
- Pet policy: A $75.00 non-refundable, one-time fee with no tax applies.

- Payment: To secure your reservation, a credit card is required as a guarantee. No deposit will be charged at the time of booking, and full payment will be collected upon check-out.
- Cut-off date: Hotel reservations should be secured by Sunday, August 30, 2026, or as soon as the room block reaches capacity, whichever comes first. To guarantee your spot, we recommend booking early.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival. A one-night room and tax is charged if cancelled within the 48 hours.
