Hi! I have been selling homes, condos and land in St. Louis and the West County Corridor since 1985. My focus and income has always been from residential sales. Earned the CIPS, CRS, GRI, ABR, RENE, ATWD & SRES designations on behalf of my clients. My husband, children & I decided to change our lifestyle so I didn't have to earn Platinum level of income all the time. As a result of that decision, I had more time for family, work and volunteerism. I was honored to serve as your 2021 President. I am proud to have served as the 2015 President of St. Louis REALTORS®. Chaired their Risk Management, Grievance, Professional Standards, Finance, SLARPAC, Bylaws, Past President's Council and participated on many others through the years. Made a focused attempt to change the RPAC awareness and culture in STL during my leadership path. It worked. 2016 was the first year ever that STLR received the President's Cup from NAR. Leadership implemented systems that have STLR on the path to success again. We solidified our ties with Missouri Realtors® through the recent years. Awarded Missouri Realtors® Salesperson of the Year 2016. Elected RPAC Trustee 2016. RPAC Hall of Fame Member with NAR. RPAC Lifetime Trustee with Missouri REALTORS®. Repeat Honor Society Member and MR State Director. Joined WCR in 2010. I consider Missouri Realtors® part of my "real estate family" and part of my success/longevity in this challenging business. Served on NAR Professional Standards Committee, Member Communications & Risk Management. Will be 2022 Chair of NAR's REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee. 4x NAR Director. Graduate from Missouri Realtor® Leadership Academy. RE/MAX International Lifetime Achievement Award (approximately $100 Million in Sales with RE/MAX -joined them in 2002) and their Hall of Fame.
